Advice to Pooh
"How to Get Out of a Tight Place"

 Dear Frustrated and Waiting,

Maybe you should make him drink Slim Fast once a day.  Also, turn a treadmill sideways and put it up to his feet.  Make him move his legs on it like he was running.  In the meantime, decorate his backside.

                                                                   Your Kind Advisor,
                                                                    Abby (a.k.a. Holly)

Dear Rabbit,

Here's my opinion!  You can use his feet as a table or as a mantle this Christmas for your stockings.  If you become tired of him there perhaps you can purchase some workout videos and put your T.V. on the side.  Make him drink diet drinks!

                                                                Good luck,
                                                                Abby (a.k.a. Katie)

More Advice From Abby
From Last Year's Students
October 27, 1998

Dear Abby,

This is my problem - I have a bear's south end in my living room.  It takes up half of my living room.  I have made use of him, I have been hanging towels on his feet!  Looks like he'll be there for at least a week.  What can I do to not look at it?

                                                    Sincerely,
                                                    Rabbit
                                                    (a.k.a. Kiersten)

Dear Rabbit,

My advice is to construct a bigger door and to limit how much he eats so that he doesn't become stuck.  That might help a lot!  I also would recommend having him eat at his own house so that doesn't' happen again!

                                                    Sincerely
                                                    Abby
                                                    (a.k.a. Ryan)

Dear Rabbit,

As you know, my name is Abby.  I received your letter yesterday.  I think that you are on the right track - waiting for a week and then pulling him out.  I understand your impatience.  I think that your friend should not each very much.  Limit his diet to healthy foods or don't let him eat at all.  Then of course, you could make the hold bigger.

                                                    Sincerely,
                                                    Abby
                                                    (a.k.a. Brandon)

Dear Pooh,

I think that you should listen to your friends, limit your food intake, and enjoy the stories.  Remember, you can eat all of the honey you want when you get out, so just hang in there and keep listening to the books and tales.  You'll be out soon.  Also, some other advice, don't think about staying in the hole, rather think about getting out of the hole (and all that honey).

                                                    Sincerely,
                                                    Abby
                                                    (a.k.a. Joan)
